- There is a non-refundable registration fee of $20.00
for all classes that meet over multiple sessions (i.e.
Childbirth Preparation series, or Labor and Birth), and $10 for
all single-session classes (i.e. CPR, Babysafe, etc.) If you
need to cancel a class, refunds are pro-rated as described
below.
- If you need to transfer to another class, you must do
so three working days before the class begins, and we will
charge a $10.00 transfer fee.
- If Great Starts cancels a class, we will attempt to place you
in another class that will meet your needs. If we are not able
to do this, we will give a full refund.
- If you do not show up for a class, without giving
notice, we generally do not grant refunds. If there was a
medical reason for your failure to attend, then we will place
you in another class, for a fee of $10.00.
- For NSF checks, we charge $20.00 per returned check.
